That is something I never tested, and I'm not entirely confident that this will work properly. Such setups do indeed need an xorg.conf file if you want to driver both displays simultaniously. If you're only using one monitor, can you try what happens if you remove the 2nd card? But before you do that, can you collect the "eeprom -p" output for this machine and send it here? Thanks, Mark
