This is something with the init process? What's going on? Through
tip, I should get a login prompt, right? But one never comes up. I
just see the normal boot messages flash, and then these come
up. Any info on this situation would be appreciated.
Do you have a video console on this machine? If so, you need to
manually configure up and run a getty process.
If not, did you use the setserial program to specify that the systems
console is on the serial line?
