Hi everyone. I have a Sparc IPX running redhat 5.2 and I want to set it up as a proxy server (or similiar) so that I can share my internet access amongst multiple computers. As it stands right now, my internet comes into my home via a RF dish on my roof and then ethernet into my computer. What I want to be able to do is have the sparc be where the internet will connect into, and then also have the sparc setup so it sees other tcp/ip traffic on my network and knows to look into the internet, etc. Anyone know of any guides out there that will show me how to obtain this? I'm sure it's probably a little too lengthy to try and explain via email, unless anyone wants to take the time to send email straight to me and not the list.
