I have been reading through the archives for this list, and there is several messages talking about some active development for Solbourne machines. What's the status with this? I got handed a Solbourne Series 700, which has 3 "SuperSparc TMS390" processor cards, 128Mb RAM, and 10Gb of disk. Unfortunately there is no OS on the disks, and a copy of OS/MP costs $800 from Grumman, which I really dont want to spend, considering I was just thinking of using this machine as a heater, and possibly MP3 server :) The machine has a "Kbus" backplane, and Series 6 (33Mhz) TI Viking CPU's.
