Hi Folks,
I have finally got RedHat 6.0 installed on a SparcStation 10. Most
things are up, and running well. The Xserver starts up on boot, I get
the regular xdm login, I can login etc.
Problems arise only whenever the Xsun dies (it seems to do so
frequently). e.g. If I kill X with Crtl+Alt+Backspc. The server refuses
to restart. Xsun quits with
Fatal server error:
Unsupported keyboard type x
where is x a random two digit number.
The errors go away on reboot, start again if Xsun dies, but with a new
x.
I have upgraded all the relevant packges. X server is

Excerpts from dmesg :

Sun TYPE 5 keyboard detected without keyclick

Sun Mouse-Systems mouse driver version 1.00
Any ideas about what might be happening ?
