Actually, the only reason I had the virtual hosts file in my configuration file was that it is part of the configuration file you guys suggest at http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_4.2.1:_Installing_on_Ubuntu_9.04 and in the installation script /usr/local/src/tpp-4.3.0/installer_linux/install-ubuntu-9_04.sh Thanks a lot for the pointer towards finding more information about it.
