I changed the ARCH_DISTRO in the Makefile.incl and now its doing something! It compiles up to a point where it tells me:
make: *** No rule to make target '/trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/../build/SUSE-x86_64/ASAPRatioPeptideParserTagListComparator.o', needed by '/trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/../build/SUSE-x86_64/libtpp.a'.
