Hi Joe,

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm building on Ubuntu 14.04. I managed to
get through the set-up. I commented out "use strict" in the
ProtXMLViewer.pl.

My next issue now is I'm unable to view/upload/change directory.

TPP states that my current directory is /ISB/data/, but when I try changing
directory, uploading files etc I just get the error:

   - Attempted to access non-existing directory.
   - Attempted to access forbidden directory.

Any ideas?

I have tried altering tpp_gui_config.pl to set defaults, of 'base_dir',
'www_root' and "data_dir', but so far nothing has worked.

Regards

Craig
