Hello everyone, I am learning to use TPP 7.1 by analyzing the example data from the article "TPP: Example Data Analysis." Converting the original search results to pepXML was successful, but there was an error when validating peptide identifications using PeptideProphet. It could not open the database file "/dbase/IPI/ipi.HUMAN.fasta.v2.31" (No such file or directory).
I followed the installation instructions, so it's unlikely that there are any issues. However, my computer does not have IIS services, which means that the path C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ISB\data does not exist. I'm not sure if this is related to the problem.
