wrt Usage (Usage Proposal), these old meeting minutes include enumerations we
discussed (at the time) for Element Usage

http://wiki.spdx.org/view/Technical_Team/Minutes/2013-04-16#Element_Usage_Enumeration

and in a subsequent week we had discussed adding another value "Optional"
inspired by the contrib module example.

Subject: Follow up on model comparison and general meeting request for model
update

As a follow-up to last week's tech call, I went back through the model and
compared it to the instance diagrams.

I found one significant discrepancy - there are not classes or properties to
describe a change between SPDX documents. This would affect the patch scenario
where one SPDX document is describing changes to files relative to another SPDX
document.

Proposal: add an optional property to the SPDXElementRelationship class
ChangeLog which would contain a description of any files added, deleted, or
modified. One issue with this is the property only makes sense for certain
relationship types. Perhaps we could discuss on the call.

During the review, I noticed that the model has not been updated with the Usage
proposal (see
http://wiki.spdx.org/view/Technical_Team/Proposals/2012-02-01/Usage_Relationship_Proposal).
I don't remember if we closed on this one - perhaps we could review during
today's call.

One other item - during the general call, Phil requested a presentation of the
SPDX 2.0 model to the general meeting which I agreed to - hope that's OK w/the
tech team. I can pull together 4-5 slides for a 15 minute overview with about
15 minutes of discussion and send it out for review by the tech team prior to
the next general call.
