I've got another question for you. I've integrated Spectrum and Service
Desk. Can Spectrum alarm be acknowledged from Service Desk? Let me
simplify - alarm is generated in Spectrum and sent to SD. There an
incident is generated. When SD user edits this incident can he/she
acknowledge the alarm in Spectrum?
Yes, you just need to configure the notification for 'Close' activity to include the Spectrum Notify method
(i't all covered in the integration guide).
