Just thought I would give an update for those who may be trying it
It was a stand alone spectrum server with report manager and oneclick on the
same box

The process followed was

1: backup the DB - SSDB, DDM and Report MAnager (always do this before any
change anyway)

2: Stop the SSDB and DDM

3: Stop processd

4: change the Ip address

5:  we bounced the server anyway as it was windows

6: let it start up

Worked perfectly fine - again it was a simple install so very few issues

But no hassles with licenses or anything like that
