We just upgraded our servers to Spectrum, and now the custom applications that we are coding in Java using the CORBA toolkit are not able to connect to the servers. I run a snoop on the SpectroSERVER's network interface and I see the UDP broadcasts looking for a SpectroSERVER with our landscape's name, but no response ever goes out from the server in response. I've double checked the firewall rules on the box itself, and everything (UDP and TCP) is permitted to this subnet. Is there something that has to be done in a config file or on the SpectroSERVER to get it to listen for external CORBA connections and respond?
Any help is much appreciated! Thanks -- Brett Davis IT Network and Security Operations Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Purdue University YONG 605 Phone (765) 49-62304 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
