Here's a question for you. I am working in Spectrum 9, although in this particular area the behavior seems to be the same as it was in Spectrum 8.
When an alarm is generated (any alarm) SANM can send a notification to an email gateway. This works fine except for the fact that all that is passed is the basics - what landscape, model name, model type, and the text from the pcause file. The problem is that the specific information from the alarm detail is not included in the alarm. This is what truly needs to be passed - but I can't find a way to get it into SANM for email notification.
