As long as you specify in the setscript and clearscript file to pass the event
message itself (done via echo "EventMessage: The following $SEV Alarm has
OCCURRED - $EVENTMSG"), you will get the information that you are talking
about. I have Disk Monitoring setup on all of our servers and below is what is
passed to the email (keep in mind though, that we are not using E-Health - just
Spectrum):

EventMessage: The following MAJOR Alarm has OCCURRED - Tue 25 Nov, 2008 -
10:08:36 The disk 'd:\ label:new volume serial number ec4d938c' also known as
'D:\ Label:New Volume Serial Number ec4d938c' has exceeded the maximum
utilization threshold of 85 Percent. Utilization at the time of this event was
86 Percent. This disk is being monitored by model
smcmimsdbtest.select.corp.sem. This is an MAJOR event. Host_Device (name -
smcmimsdbtest.select.corp.sem). - (event [0x00c40032])

I thought I already did...

I want the details from the alarm - the cause file is essentially what is sent,
but the specific technical information is not.

For example, a time-over-threshold coming from eHealth saying that 'drive c' on
a server is getting full. As SANM work snow, the only information you would
get is the cause file that might say 'a disk is getting full' - leaving out the
critical specifics - drive letter and current utilization.
