Thanks Christian. It definitely is not a time out. I think the response I got
from Jason earlier nailed it on the head (thanks Jason) that it's a memory
limit issue with the java instance because the configs on these devices are
extremely large. Now I am just trying to find where to change that setting on
a linux install.

Thanks

Hi Mike,

Did you check if this is just a timeout? If it is, you may higher the
timeout-limit and try again.

Subject: NCM Error message

Hello everyone,

We have been getting the following error in OneClick when trying to run a
custom perl config to capture data from a couple of our Juniper DX redline
devices.
"Unable to connect to the ncmservice. The ncmservice daemon may not be running
on the SPECTRUM host machine."

The unusual thing is our script will work on 7 out of our 10 redline devices
and only errors like this on 3 devices. Even more unusual is the script worked
fine on the 3 erring devices the first time it ran, but once a config backup
has done once on these devices I get this error.

Anyone have any ideas on what may be the problem?

Thanks,
