For most of devices, actually only EventModels differ, the Information
view in OneClick is completely empty, doesn't show any information.
Initially I thought it was a SS. db migration problem, from 7.1.0 SP3,
but the same applies with new modeled devices as simple as Pingables,
for which for example once created you don't have any chance to see
information related to that device, and of course change any parameter.
CA's support suggested to install H.16, but unfortunately that didn't
help, has anyone had a similiar problem and found a resolution?
I got the same behavior after 9.0 SP1 upgrade (9.0 was working fine). It looks that is caused by an
incomplete tomcat installation, I don't think it has anything with the SSdb. Almost all device models are
showing an empty Information view tab, but port model are showing fine.
Unfortunately I don't know the files that tomcat is missing, I've asked CA about it but so far no solution.
Have you tried to re-apply the hotfix ?
