Simone, 

I have been opening the java debug console every time I am doing changes
to the oneClick xml's lately.  It has indicated where the problem is on
numerous occasions. 

Just a suggestion.

Thanks Rafael,
I have renamed the custom folder in OC server, just to keep any
customization out and that resolve the problem, it is for sure some my
mistake in some xml file.
