Hi, We had some network issue last week and my Spectrum Server lost connection to the routers and we had to restart the Spectrum Server. Now we see that there is a model type known as "Ticket" being created and we are not able to delete it. Whenever we try to delete it, a pop-up appears saying"This is a off-page reference, you cannot delete it".
