While I hope what they're doing is attaching a false monetary value to assist in prioritizing, I agree with you that the choices seem to indicate charges could be levied, and for that reason I choose not to participate. The choices need to be better written. I'm sorry what is CA looking for again? Do they want to know if we would like the changes or how much we're willing to pay for them?
