Yes, I've seen this as well. The maintenance schedules do not record the state that the device is in when the scheduled maintenance starts, so when the scheduled maintenance ends, the device is removed from maintenance no matter what. The last time I asked support, I was told this was functioning as designed, but that was quite a while ago.
