The purpose of scheduled maintenance is to bring model out of maintenance, so
regardless of its present state (in maintenance or presently managed). If you
think in this way, then it is behaving as desinged. As an arugument, One can
present an argument that model that was in maintenance was later scheduled and
expected it to be managed per schedule.
