Edgar, I have experienced it a few times in 8.1H15, I usually go to the front page of the SRM oneClick instance and hit the report manager link again and it doesn't throw that exception again. I never brought it up to CA since it seems to just be an annoyance reports are still running fine. It happened in both firefox(various version) and iexplore(6 & 7). If you find a resolution let me know.
