Hello Mike,

when I try to add a device manually, I have create a profile, which works
with the default encryption for the privacy passwort DES, so I only have
to write the password in the privacy field. But when I want use the AES
encryption, how can I write this in the box. I can change it in the
Spectrum modeling information on a existing device, but how can I add a
device these values?
I found still another problem, when I try to modify a profile, the complete
OneClick console hangs, and I have to kill it. Has anyone see this too?
This is every time when I try to modify a profile.

Berthold

Are you creating a snmpV3 profile? You should be able to enter the user
name, auth pass, priv pass. Then select that profile when discovering.

Subject: [spectrum] Format of snmpv3 community string

Hello all,

I try to add a device over the oneClick -> Create model by ip address,
and have the problem, that I would use the encryption AES but what is the
correct
format in the profile line. I tried AES:passwort but this does not work.

Best Regards

Berthold Hofmann
