There are lot of undocumented steps in this Integration. We had difficult
time doing this, however were successful. I am attaching steps which I
received from support L2. Make sure your certificates are in correct
directory on eHealth server.

I was not able to load chain certificate on eHealth server, if I loadded it
my HTTP service would not come up. Ticket is still open with support on
this. So I did not import the chain certificate.

The document attached is for Distributed environment, however it will work
for standalone system also.
