Hi Mustafa, list, the ifAlias attribute is external and therefore read from the device. If the interfaces does not have an alias (description in Cisco terminology) set, Spectrum can't read it. Additionally, if the contact is lost to the device, the attribute may not be present as well. If it's there but you can't see it anyway, you might want log a ticket with CA.
