  looks like the CMS cannot access the DB it's using, so it stops.  
Using the default 'sa' superuser account for CMS was not a good idea,  
probably somebody changed the password for it and not the CMS cannot  
start because of it.
  So either put back the 'sa' password as it was before or configure  
the CMS to use a different user/password to access it's database.
