I suggest you hire consultant(s) for proper server sizing. There are a lot
more factors that should go in proper server sizing and architecture (such
as MOM server, placement of SpectroServers, duplication, etc.)

I don't think one can do it correctly just by asking a series of questions
to discussion list - too much risk.
