Does anyone know of a way to make Spectrum model a serial link for each
individual serial line for a multilink other than putting one WA_Link for every
port link it does by default?
This is fine if you want to check connectivity on the entire multilink, but if
a single line fails out of 4, it doesn't alarm by default. I have many of
these, and the only way I can find is to destroy the link spectrum builds for
it, and individually model each serial line with an individual
wa_link/wa_segment combination. It's time consuming just to get individual
status of each individual serial link. We had one fail today and Spectrum
didn't pick it up since the multilink itself was up.
