Hi List,
We have spectrum 9.0 running in production. Recently we did migrate and upgrade 
from r9.0 to r9.2 (Windows environment).  We have a CABI, Report Manager and 
OneClick installed on the same server. During oneclick install, I followed the 
instruction given in Report Manager Install guide (migrate historical data 
associated with previous release of Oneclick with Report Manager to the new 
installation’s reporting database). 

9.2 is still in QA and once everything is verified, it will replace current 
Spectrum 9.0.

I‘m having some issues with CABI.

1.We have scheduled reports that run on r9.0. According to SRM Install guide, 
in r9.2, these scheduled reports should be placed in “Legacy Reports” folder. 
But I don’t see any “Legacy Folder” on my new Server. Am I missing any 
configuration step here? Where will these reports be placed in r9.2?

2.I see that all my current users are copied from Spectrum to CABI. But when 
they try to login to InfoView, it comes up with the message “Account 
Information Not Recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. 
Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)”. Do I need to 
change password for all users (Defiantly I would like to avoid doing that) or 
is there any other way to correct this? We don’t use LDAP for user 
authentication. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
