Hi, I haven't tried it but in Business Objects Administration (CMC) there is an option to configure Authentication methods.
Regarding eMail, if you chose CrystalReportsJobServer and configure eMail Server, then you can email reports from Crystal Reports (legacy factory default Spectrum Reports). If you want to email your own WEBI Reports (in case you have created some), you need to add also eMail Server in WEBIJobServer. Regards. James.
