Hi, From SRM instsallation guide you can get detailed information on the steps to be made before migration. I think this error might be related to the enabled remote rights made on 9.1.2 SRM database. You must configure mysql remote rights to let new SRM database gather report data. Hope this helps. Hi List,
we are migrating spectrum 9.1.2 to spectrum 9.2 in POC , Spectro server and
Oneclick ,Report manager is in different systems. SS migrated fine and while
migrating oneclick webserver with report manager , getting error. attached the
same and below are the log details. Can anyone help to get out of this error?
