Hi List It¹s been ages since I¹ve been here. Hope everyone is well.
I have a problem getting my Service Dashboard to go into edit mode. The button to do so is greyed out. I¹m aware that I should not be able to edit the top level structure where Services, Customers and SLA are but according to the manual I should be able to edit user created information. My user has Admin, Operator and Service Manager licenses. I can create services with no problems. All I want to do is to be able to change their layout on the dashboard to make more sense. I¹ve been unable to find any answers elsewhere so your help would be greatly appreciated. I¹m running Spectrum 9.2 on a Windows server. Thanks in advance.
