Hi List I¹ve found the solution to my problem.
The way I understood the manual was that you were allowed to edit user created objects in the dashboard topology view. This does not include objects created directly under any of the three sections (services, SLA and Customer), instead you have to create a sub-container within each object and place your objects within these containers.
