Hi, All this file are use when installing advance Spectrum modules (QoS Manager, Multicast Manager, Service Manager and so on). Probably you have used an installation key for Spectrum 9.2 that not include those modules you had installed in 9.1. If you have purchased those modules (or your Spectrum suite include them), you should ask CA for the right installation key.
