I am working on project where I have to sync production spectrum with QA
spectrum. I have found some commands which I wants to share with you.
To stop spectroSERVER (or other spectrum process) on windows:

or you could you use the $SPECROOT/bin/{startSS|stopSS}.pl commands. They'll
also start and stop and Archive Mgr in the process.
