That’s very strange! It is not present on my production, QA or DR environment. They are all fresh install not reinstalled.
I have to check with CA support for this. Can others on spectrum 9.2 environment confirm the availability of these perl scripts? I've done at least 10 installs within the past 3 months and they're there in all of them. The only time you won't see them is if you're installing to a Windows environment.
