Hi, You should consider the usage of Global Collections. Those can be either static (you need to drag&drop every device in the GC) or dynamic (updated automatically by the system based on search criteria).
You can make use of 'Security String' for restricting access to devices in the specified GC. You can enforce the security string settings using Policy Manager. You should consider the document 'Spectrum_Modeling_IT_Infrastructure_Admin_ENU.pdf', chapter 3 pages 87-101.
