Hi Garry, the Internal_If_Alias is not periodically updated. I got the following answer from CA Support ... and explained that Internal_If_Alias does not always match ifAlias and it was not designed for them to match. The Internal_If_Alias is an internal and unique identifier for SPECTRUM and will not always be the same value as ifAlias.
I believe it will be updated when you reconfigure the device.
