In spectrum boxi report, the outage start time is exactly captured when the down trap came (alarm raised time), whereas the outage end time is not showing properly, it is still showing that the outage is ongoing. It happens in some few occasions. There is some issue is with reporting tool. I had attached screenshot for your referrence. Had any one faced this kind of issue. If so please give your suggesstion.
