Joe,
The problem is - when you click launch report the internet browser itself is
not opening. While working with support I enabled java debugging and it throws
no protocol exception.

Saurabh,
One item is to ensure the userids are entered in both systems in the same case:
lower, UPPER, or Mixed. We have found that if they do not match the
clickthrough will not work, even if eHealth is set to ignore case.

[spectrum] ehealth report does not launch from Spectrum
All,
Spectrum 9.2 SP1 on RHEL 5
I recently migrated Spectrum users from out of the box privilege-roles to
custom defined roles and after this migration no user seems to be able to
launch eHealth report from Spectrum. After you right click a device and select
eHealth Reports, eHealth Reports window opens and when you click Launch, the
eHealth report (web interface) is not launched.
The user have all the licenses and are present on all the landscapes.
If I use my account which has predefined CA privileges assigned (its not a
super user account), Spectrum is able to open the web interface of eHealth
reporting server. I checked, double checked all the privilege and there does
not seem to be a privilege which should prevent the launch of the web interface.
Any ideas what should I be looking next?
