Be wary of doing so (restarting automatically). If the server stopped unexpectedly, the Spectrum database may now be corrupted. You'd want to fix that before restarting the SpectroServer.
Also, if it dumps/crashes, you might experience the same issue (dump/crash) upon startup until it is addressed. CA has NOT set that up (to do it automatically) because of the cases above.
