Hi, I want to filter a specific alarm in my OneClick. In the name field, The name of this alarm has a word "_tun" and "Alarm title" is "BAD LINK DETECTED". When i use the filtering attribute, using AND and OR, I can't filter just this specific alarm.
When i say : name does not contain "_tun" AND alarm title not equal "BAD LINK DETECTED" it filters my specific alarm including all alarms that alarm title equals "BAD LINK DETECTED" OR names that contain "_tun". I want to say does not show me the alarms that its name includes "_tun" AND its alarm title equal "BAD LINK DETECTED". I will appreciate if you help me find a solution for that.
