The other groups need to get this alarm and just the group that i am a
member of, doesn't need to receive this alarm. My group needs to get the
other alarms that are generating from the same devices and i need just one
specific alarm be filtered and i don't know If i use event rule, How should
i mention that specific alarm not to be sent to the members of my group.
