Not sure about alarms for CRC - as far as duplex mismatch, if the duplex setting is wrong, there will be an error count/rate on the interface. We set our percent error threshold for all ethernet ports (or serial,etc.) to something like 3-4%, and when the error rate goes higher than the threshold, we get a minor alarm for that threshold violation.
