Maynard, How long have you set your DCM Timeout? If you set it too low and either the network connection is slow or the SysEdge server becomes overloaded, it may not respond quickly enough. We've adjusted our Timeout and Retries using Policies and Global Collections. You will need to balance extending the Timeout and Retries with how fast your servers reboot; we do have some servers that reboot very quickly, so Spectrum didn't report them being down when we had the Timeout+Retries wait too long.
