I hope someone can help me guide thru this. I am on 9.2.2.9.123/Linux 5.8. Here is what I need to do: Flapping interfaces Link Up/Down traps creates alarms in OC, I am to limit that alarming by first checking of a attribute on port. So for example we know based on link up/down traps 220001/2-220006/7 we create the alarm. Before creating that alarm I need to check for an attribute 0x12a79 on port and if value is not ZERO, then create alarm, otherwise not.
