I'm trying to install r9.3 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 box, when I try to open up SPECTRUM Control Panel, I get an error message that msvcr100.dll is missing, which I just know is going to be the start of numerous DLL issues. I've installed that file in the Windows/System32 folder, but still getting the same message. Anybody been through this that can walk me through how I need to proceed? Thanks in advance!
