Hi Mickey I have seen this a number of times over the past few years. Interestingly it never happened on small installations where Spectrum and Oneclick are on the same server. The first few times I fiddled around searching directories and copying files but then I found that if I installed java on the Spectrum server this fixed the issue. Regards Stephen.

I've installed that file in the Windows/System32 folder, but still getting the same message. Anybody been through this that can walk me through how I need to proceed?
