Cisco NX OS is a supported (9.2) Device Family and should have Capture Startup/Running/write Startup configs scripts already
Similarly Cisco IOS is supported, although there is a problem - at least in 9.2.2 - where it doesn't recognize devices running IOS 15 / Version 3 as SSH-capable.
